Kigali coffee. The small gem in downtown Reykjavik

I went into this place last year sometime. The coffee was great. It is a very small place, but a very relaxing and has a good African vibe. It was just a small counter with some coffee bags for sale. All the coffee is imported specially from Rwanda. The owner started this place to engage in business between Rwanda and Iceland. To go there and buy coffee is a place to support the small business and a beautiful idea. An idea that works. The coffee beans are imported raw, and roasted for this place alone by a roasting company here in Iceland.
I ordered a double espresso and it was dark and heavy, full of awesomeness. As someone who cannot drink coffee very very hot, I let it stand for a few moments and the aroma was intense. I drowned the cup in a very few sips. I often linger over good coffee but not this time. The cup stared at me and wanted to be finished quickly.
Since last year, I either did not notice or they have opened up two small rooms that have few tables a sofa and looks very relaxing and raw. Perhaps too raw, but I think I will try this place to hang out at and work for a few times. See if it grows on me.
They have WiFi and it is a great place to be with your laptop, or just chatting with friends. Not too crowded like my usual hangout has become. I have walked into my regular place and straight out again far to often in recent weeks.
I found a strange video on Youtube from this place. Looks interesting.
